George and his team resprayed our 22 year old kitchen cabinet doors in a 2pac finish. The preparation and finish of the doors is absolutely excellent, like brand new. We had 29 doors and drawers done and NO-ONE else could even come close to the price and workmanship we got. So very happy. Just installed our new kitchen doors from Procoat and love them. The old doors are the original and about 20 years old, surface bubbling, peeling and dated style. The new doors which are modern, sleek, clean and low maintenance are a wonderful addition to our large kitchen. The price to update was very reasonable, for big impact. We were able to choose the appropriate colour match, this was great as we did not have to do the whole kitchen. Procoat team has been outstanding to deal with and obviously value their customers. I had my kitchen cabinet doors & drawers re-surfaced by Procoat. They also did some cabinetry work to make a space in the existing layout for a dishwasher to be installed. Right from the call I gave to Procoat kitchens to the day I got my kitchen cabinets replaced everything was just fantastic!!!

Highlights of Procoat:

1. Extremely organised team: Ian was on time on Friday to take the quote. He totally understood what I really want, moreover he gave me better ideas. He knows the in and outs of the jobs. Very professional. Took my kitchen specifications. By Monday 7:30am I got a detailed quote explaining the whole scope of the work from George.

2. Communication and understanding the customer needs are spot on: I sent an email to George for some changes and I got a reply in minutes. I even went to their work shop to discuss further and George was extremely welcoming and very helpful to get my questions answered.

3. Delivering on time: after finalising the scope of the work. They gave me the dates and absolutely finished it on time for which I’m extremely happy.

Last but not the least

4. Quality of workmanship and materials are just outstanding. The 2pac coat was just so professionally done. I’m super happy with the outcome. The draws that were modified was just smooth and fantastic.

Procoat Kitchens provided a really excellent service as part of my kitchen update. They removed old 'country' style timber doors but left the well-constructed carcass as it was. They returned a couple of weeks later with fabulously satin-finished doors - along with, importantly, solutions to gaps around the oven, pantry side panels, kickers etc. Without these details, simply 'replacing the doors' would have looked like a job half done. They also offered the service of replacing some cupboards with soft-closing drawers and installing a pullout bin under the sink. Their communication was great, the installing staff (Shaun, Shannon and Will) were professional and friendly, and Ian was generous with his time in patiently answering all my many questions and workshopping some solutions. He runs a company that clearly has a very healthy work culture, and the aim of the staff is to make sure clients are happy with the work. And everything is completed within the quoted price (which is very reasonable when considering the various options for renovating a kitchen) unless a variation is approved for something that didn't form part of the original quote.

I cannot recommend Procoat highly enough for someone looking to update the look of their kitchen without changing the footprint. I would be happy to be contacted as a reference for their work.
